Wild LIFE!
Our dear little Inuka is celebrating his 16th birthday this year at Singapore Zoological Gardens on the 26th December!

Inuka is the first and only polar bear born and raised in the tropics in captive and I'M HELLA PROUD OF OUR ZOO. 8DDD It might be our last chance seeing live polar bears on Singapore soil as Inuka will be relocated to Europe after his mommy dies.
FYI: His mom's already 29, and has outlived the normal lifespan of 25 years for polar bears in captive. Inuka is being relocated as a study conducted by organizations for animal welfare and conservation pointed out that our polar bears are feeling stressed from the heat, although they are able to survive in the tropics. So a decision was made to send Inuka to Europe where the climate is a lot cooler and hence more suitable.
Please grab this chance and visit the zoo for Inuka’s birthday celebrations! I know there’s the money problem with our clique but it’s really not something that I feel we should miss.
Let’s all say bye-bye to the bears and help raise awareness for wildlife conservation!
